My name is Noeli Weinert. I was born and raised in Brazil, South America, for most of my life. I love living and serving in Brazil. My parents have been and are missionaries here in Brazil for about a little over 25 years. I was saved and born again at about the age of 12 years old and have been in an intensive spiritual training and growing every sense. I have still lots to learn and grow but God has been so good and patient with me these 25 years. At the age of 19, I surrendered to serve the Lord wherever he wanted me to go. Sense that time I have been tried, chiseled at, and put through fire but I thank my God for all them because it is preparing me for the work He has in-store. I had the opportunity to do a one year Bible course at CoBeAc Baptist Bible Institute in 2010-2011. I went completely by faith. Believing God wanted me there and that He would supply all my needs and expenses, for I did not have much. God was faithful as He always is and my whole school and missionary trip bill was all paid for. During that time, God brought to my mind and heart, the foreign field of China. I remember talking to the Lord and counting the cost of going to China. I told the Lord that my life is His and that I will serve Him wherever He wants me, even it is somewhere hard or dangerous, if its for a season or for a life time, I will go. I asked that He would go with me, guide me, and prepare me. After I graduated, I went down to Brazil and serve in the ministry and taught English in our home. I had so many opportunities to love, care, and share Christ. Several got saved and I am so glad for the wonderful work He has done during that time. My family and I went back to the U.S. for a furlough in 2014 and God opened the door for me to do my last year at CoBeAc Baptist Bible Institute. I am walking by faith and God is supplying in wonderful ways, once again. God is so good! I am taking bigger steps and God is opening doors to do a survey trip to China as soon as God supplies after I graduate this year.
Please pray for me as God continues to guide and direct to His perfect will for my life. Pray that I would remain faithful, that I would keep depending and trusting in the Lord, to wait for His perfect timing, and that God would do whatever it takes to make me more like Him and that He would shine in me for His glory.
I make these words my own as I seek His will each and everyday…
“I am no longer anxious about anything, as I realize the Lord is able to carry out His will, and His will is mine. It makes no matter where He places me, or how. That is rather for Him to consider than for me; for in the easiest positions He must give me His grace, and in the most difficult, His grace is sufficient.” -Hudson Taylor
“Almighty God, grant me grace to love what you command and desire what you promise; that, among the swift and varied changes of the world, my heart may surely there be fixed where true joys are found, through Jesus Christ alone!”
My life verse:
I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me. (Gal. 2:20)
